The Group is devoted to amateur service activities consistent with FCC Part 97 Rules. The club will promote the use of amateur radio, including new and traditional technologies, with a goal of linking member-owned repeaters in Northwest Montana, Ohio, and other parts of the U.S., into a cohesive voice and data network. This network will be dedicated to service to the general public.
VOIP REFLECTOR
The Group’s center hub is an Experimental Reflector supporting IRLP and Allstar: IRLP 0066, ALLSTAR 40668 (An ECHOLINK /Telephone portal is available to members only). Echolink connections to NW7RG tributary repeaters and nodes, because of low audio quality and inability to suppress call signs and other operational tones and signals, are NOT generally welcome. Contact NG8Y for further info.
